Our Story
Co-Founded by Daniel and Thelma Manley, Stand & Withstand Integrity Group took flight in 2022 looking to address a very real issue with a practical solution: “What is the antidote for an unfulfilled life?” The solution, they would discover, is rooted in resolving misconceptions about education and enhancing the quality of education people are able to secure for themselves.
For nearly two decades, in their respective educational roles as tutor coordinator, teacher, coach, mentor, financial aid advisor, adjunct professor, administrator, career counselor, and parent, Daniel and Thelma have been told repeatedly that they “do things differently.” In their modest effort to live a life of fulfillment and raise healthy children who are capable of doing the same, doing things “differently” has enabled them to discover that practical solution: transform innocently ignorant children, into eagerly engaged adolescents, into properly prepared adults who can position themselves to live fulfilled lives.
This practical solution has been developed into a philosophy, aimed at revolutionizing the education system and correcting the issues that have plagued it for over a century.

EDUCATION PHILOSPHY
Education has never been quantified and, thus, the system has not been able to identify a clear target. The Supply & Demand Education™ philosophy makes the target of the system eternally clear. If we can quantify education, then we can measure it. If we can measure education, then we can guarantee it. If we can guarantee education, it should come with a warranty. Cultivating a space where educational demand and educational supply are equal in quantity, obstacles to the acquiring of an education should be easy to recognize and, thus, remove. Supply & Demand Education™ eliminates the scarcity of a high-quality educational experience as equilibrium becomes clear and profitable to both producer and consumer.
